COMMUNICATION = REALIZATION
Communication begins with a dialogue.
From my point of view, the following film is not just awarded for creating awareness on the homeless. It is the tale two cities, communicated by three people.
The makers transmute a message into space and time through still and moving images, single words and sound: a pinnacle of communication.
The message is universal. This could be my city.
How the making of this film was determined, I don’t know, but the direction taken is moving; in part perhaps due to budget constraints ($57), limited equipment (cell phone camera) and maybe by narrowing down their individual view to One. In short, both the affective and cognitive filter in the creative and communication process finalized the portrait by connection and transmission to One: Mankind.
